One thing I like to do but I don’t do it as often as I should is I like to work out I enjoy being in shape and weight lifting. I know that some of you guys can’t work out the way you would like to but that’s alright. You can do other fun things that will give you a work out.
Get Set Ready Work Out
Working out lets you free your mind of stress though out the day. Its an excellent way to just focus on yourself for about an hour. If you are getting into working out for the first time and are handicapped I would recommend these steps for you. This is how I got started with my work out plan:
- At the gym I would ride the bike for about 30 mins. Loosen up my leg muscles, my legs are the weakest part of my body.
- Stretch out.
- Start out with 10-12lbs to stretch out my arms.
- Then go into whatever muscle group I was going to work on that day
I would do each warm up for about 10-15 mins besides the bike.
My Work Out Plan
Here is my work out plan I used:
- Monday – Shoulders 3x 15-20lbs.
- Tuesday – Back and Biceps. 3x 25-30lbs. I love my Biceps
- Wedsday – Triceps 3-4x 10-15lbs.
- Thursday – Abs and Chest 3-4x 40-45lbs.
- Friday – legs 3-4x 10-15lbs.
With this work out I would take protein and drink lots of water. Each person will be different to their work out plans. This is what work for me. Also Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I rode the bike for cardio.
When it comes tofor me I am in a whole another zone. I love the feel and burn I get every time. It makes me feel accomplished.
My Work Out Music
I also like loud music when I am working out it pumps me up. If you want to see what type of music I listen too, just to warn you there is a variety songs I listen too, to get pumped.
Other Work outs besides the Gym
You also can do workouts on the Wii. I have also tried P90X. I did the work out for 2 in a half months. The work out can be great for people that can’t afford a gym membership. Some of the P90 X workouts were hard for me to do so be ready. After time you’ll get use to them though.
To sum it up
Remember though you always have to set a goal when you work out handicapped or not its always good ethic to set goals for yourself and your body. Stay focus and stay on track!
Hope this helps anyone wanting to get into a workout plan.
