If you get pumped like I do about working out. This is just the post for you. I want to share with you some things that get me pumped about working out with CP . Some people think that it takes a lot to get ready to work out if you have CP.
But the truth is that its all about what your mind set is. You need to stay positive and tell yourself that you can do it. For some of use with CP It can be hard to get the motivation to work out. But remember working out is suppose to be fun not something you don’t like to do. Working out with CP can be a challenge for a lot of people that have CP.
Here are somethings that I do to get myself in the right motivation to work out:
- Listen to music
- Play a sport
- Mentally get in my zone of focusing out lifting weights.
Everyone’s list is different, what works for me may not work for you and vice versa. Working out is fun to me and has always been a great way for me to get some of my stress out for the day.
Reasons I work out with CP:

- good for my body and mind
- I stay fit
- I lose weight
- I feel good about what I am doing
- Get my six pack back
