Work Out Plan and 9 Work Out Tips

Working out is something that I love to do, I mean who doesn’t like working? There are many  benefits to working out some are:

  • It gets you pumped for the day ahead
  • its always good to exercise and stay loose
  • Its great for your body
  • You begin to feel good about your self

Now I have Cerebral Palsy or CP for short and for me working has two jobs. Also I have a great strength training  with Cerebral Palsy that you can read and share.

  • One is to stay health and fit
  • Is to clear my head of the days tasks or yesterdays problems

working out with weightsI come across a lot of headaches on a daily basis but I grow from the experiences I go through everyday. I always love to learn and help people the best I can and when you become physical fit from working out your soon to see that you can push your body and mind to knew limits.

I have seen what what kind of change I can make when your body and mind are clear and you have an open mind. For me working out is the the best outlet I have found to work. I feel accomplished when I am done working out and I bet a lot of people feel that to.

work outsI use to hit the gym with my friends about 3 times a day when I was really serious about getting muscles and wanting my figure to look good. When ever I’d get bored or anything you could always catch me working out and lifting weights it was “my time”.

I have been thinking about going back to the gym and getting into shape at a local gym. I really do miss the time to clear my head and get all the days stress out. When I am stressed out I love working out with weights it gets me so pumped.

I would high recommend going to the gym for any one and if you don’t have a gym memebership go to your local gym at the corner and see about getting signed up. It’s great to feel good again trust me. Here are some ideas for where you can start working out:

  • Local Rec Center
  • YMCA
  • Local High School
  • Your Basement
