If you have ever want to start working out there is always ways time. There are many ways you can start working out. You can get a membership at a gym or at your local rec center I have done both. Working out can be a lot of fun.
I have a disability called Cerebral Palsy. I am still able to work out through. Just at a different pace from ever one else you can get more about cerebral palsy work outs that I do. I personally have and want to work out because my joints will become “non flexible” and I am already feeling some of that pain has I get older so it is a good idea to working out with CP at a young age, and stay at it if you have Cerebral Palsy. Because you want your joints in your body to stay as active as they can. You don’t always have to work out you can go for a work or stretch.
Stretching is also very good before you start working out, it get the muscle to relax and get ready to take on a work out you want to stay alert and limber. One thing I would recommend do if you do have Cerebral Palsy and you want to take working out seriously, consult with your doctor because they can usually tell you what your max for working out will be.
Working out with CP is no different than working out with out CP. You just have to know when you have reached your limit of how much you can handle with the work outs

Just be safe when you start working out because you don’t want to injury yourself and remember to know how much weight you can do and don’t push your self to hard until you have a work out routine.
